SignatureNotes are senior unsecured notes of John Hancock Life Insurance Company. The notes will rank equally with all of John Hancock Life Insurance Company's other unsecured, unsubordinated debt. SignatureNotes will mature twelve months or more from the date of issue, as specified from time to time in connection with offerings of SignatureNotes.
